You’ll be divided into smaller groups and given your own muurikka, premium ingredients, and a well-equipped cooking kit. Then the clock starts ticking. Under time pressure, each team must compose, prepare, and present its own mushroom risotto – with both flavour and presentation in focus.
The competition is judged by our instructor, who evaluates both presentation and flavour before the prestigious award ceremony begins. Naturally, you’ll also enjoy your own creations - either outdoors under the open sky or inside the restaurant.
