Few things bring people together as naturally as cooking - and when it takes place under the open sky, with a gentle breeze in the air and the sun slowly setting beyond the horizon, something truly special happens.

The starter is an experience that excites both the taste buds and the spirit of collaboration. Here, creative competition blends with relaxed socialising in a culinary challenge beyond the ordinary.

You’ll be divided into smaller groups and given your own muurikka, premium ingredients, and a well-equipped cooking kit. Then the clock starts ticking. Under time pressure, each team must compose, prepare, and present its own mushroom risotto – with both flavour and presentation in focus.

The competition is judged by our instructor, who evaluates both presentation and flavour before the prestigious award ceremony begins. Naturally, you’ll also enjoy your own creations - either outdoors under the open sky or inside the restaurant.

This is more than just cooking. It’s togetherness, laughter, creativity, and atmosphere -served with a pinch of competitive spirit and a spoonful of sunshine.

  • Of course, that works perfectly. Our staff speak fluent English, and we also provide all activity materials in English.
  • We can carry out all our activities in any weather. However, it is a good idea to inform participants to dress according to the current weather conditions.

    If you prefer, it is possible to switch to one of our indoor activities, provided that you contact us at least one day in advance. Addtitional fee may be applied.
