Here we’ve gathered the most frequently asked questions—with quick and clear answers.

  • No special clothing is required apart from comfortable shoes. You will be provided with a flotation suit or shell clothing by us. You will also receive a beanie from us, which you can keep as a souvenir.

  • All our boats accommodate 12 passengers plus crew.

  • No, all prices are excluding VAT, as we primarily target the corporate market.

  • Land:
    We operate all our activities year-round. We recommend dressing according to the weather. In case of severe conditions, we can switch to one of our indoor activities, provided you have access to a suitable venue.

    Sea:
    Our boats are equipped with plotters and radar, allowing us to operate in darkness or fog. All guests are provided with flotation suits, beanies, goggles, and gloves to protect against wind and rain.

    Rain or snow is not an obstacle for us or our passengers. Our boats are built and certified for strong winds and rough seas. That said, most tours take place within the archipelago, where conditions are rarely extreme.

    We do not cancel boat tours due to bad weather or strong/light winds unless there is a clear safety risk. Should we be forced to cancel a tour, no charges will apply.

    Air:
    If we need to cancel a flight, for example due to bad weather, no charges will be made. We will either issue a full refund or reschedule the flight for another day.

  • Private individuals are welcome to book directly with us.
     
    You can either book a full boat or helicopter, or purchase a gift voucher.

  • Casual clothing and comfortable shoes are recommended for our activities.

    For outdoor activities, we advise dressing according to the current weather conditions.

    • 30–16 days before the event date: 50% will be charged
    • 15–10 days before the event date: 80% will be charged
    • 0–9 days before the event date: 100% will be charged

  • We offer a wide range of exciting experiences in the Stockholm Archipelago – from high-speed RIB adventures and trips aboard our military-style boats, including Stridsbåt, T40 and Mentor, to sailing, sightseeing, boat transfers, and team-building activities at sea. We'll help you find the perfect experience for your group.

  • You don't need any special clothing. We provide flotation suits or protective outerwear to keep you comfortable and protected from wind and water. Additional safety equipment is provided as needed. We recommend comfortable shoes and clothing appropriate for the season.

  • Our boat trips normally operate in rain and wind. Our vessels are equipped for navigating the archipelago, and we adjust the route and speed according to weather and sea conditions. Safety always comes first, and in severe weather, the trip may need to be modified a bit.

  • Safety is always our top priority. Our boats are operated by experienced captains and equipped with appropriate safety and navigation equipment. Before departure, all passengers receive a safety briefing. We always adapt the journey to weather conditions, sea conditions, and the needs of our passengers.

  • Of course! We can combine RIB boats, Stridsbåt, T40 and Mentor in one event. Depending on the itinerary, participants may even have the opportunity to switch boats during the trip and experience different vessels.

  • Absolutely! Many of our land-based activities are mobile and can be organized directly at your conference hotel, office, or another suitable location. We come to you and take care of everything.

  • Most of our activities can be adapted to fit your schedule and conference program. Whether you're looking for a short, energizing break or a longer team-building experience, we'll help you find the perfect option.

  • Yes! We offer everything from clever problem-solving challenges and creative teamwork exercises to more action-packed competitions. Many of our activities are designed so everyone can contribute with their individual strengths. Tell us about your group, and we'll recommend a suitable activity.

  • Our activities can be organized all year round, and many work perfectly well in rainy weather. We recommend dressing appropriately for the conditions. In case of severe weather, we may be able to switch to an indoor activity, provided a suitable venue is available.

  • Yes! We offer several exciting indoor activities focusing on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. They're perfect for conferences, winter events, and days when the weather isn't ideal for outdoor activities.

  • Usually not! We take care of the planning, equipment, instructions, and organization. All you need to do is gather your participants and get ready for a great experience. We'll let you know in advance if any special preparations are needed.

FAQ - EN - Air

Here we have gathered the most common questions and answers.

  • We offer exclusive helicopter experiences over Stockholm and the stunning Stockholm Archipelago. Choose from breathtaking sightseeing flights, convenient helicopter transfers to conferences and island destinations, or tailor-made experiences combined with lunch, dinner, or other exciting activities.

  • Our sightseeing helicopters can accommodate up to 5–6 passengers, depending on the helicopter model and the combined weight of the passengers. For larger groups, we can explore the possibility of arranging multiple helicopters.

  • Our regular sightseeing flights depart from Bromma Airport in Stockholm. For private flights and helicopter transfers, other departure and landing locations may be available, subject to permits, safety requirements, and operational conditions.

  • Safety is always our top priority. All flights are operated by professional pilots in accordance with applicable aviation safety regulations. Before takeoff, you'll receive a safety briefing, and during the flight, passengers must follow the pilot's instructions.

  • Helicopter flights are weather-dependent. Poor visibility, strong winds, or other conditions affecting flight safety may require a flight to be postponed or cancelled. If your flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, we offer rescheduling or a refund in accordance with the applicable booking terms.

  • Yes! Photography and filming are normally permitted during the flight. The Stockholm Archipelago is truly spectacular from above!
