Bring your team on an experience where strategy, communication, and collaboration determine who comes out on top. Match Race is a fast-paced and engaging activity where you compete boat against boat – right in the heart of Stockholm.
On board our large 50-foot sailing yachts, you work together with our skippers. Everyone gets an active role and takes part in everything from steering and sail trim to tactics and manoeuvres. The activity is suitable for both beginners and experienced sailors – it usually takes less than 30 minutes before the entire crew is fully engaged.
The focus is on teamwork, leadership, and communication under time pressure, making match racing a perfect teambuilding activity. You first train in technique and boat handling before it’s time for the real races, where the pulse rises and the competitive instinct kicks in.
Between races, participants rotate between different positions so that everyone gets to try several roles and contribute to the teams performance. The setup creates engagement, involvement, and plenty of laughter.
Once the race is decided, we gather for an award ceremony where the winning team is
celebrated and all participants are treated to a glass of sparkling wine.
Match Race is ideal for kick-offs, management teams, and client events where you want to combine activity, competition, and an exclusive archipelago setting.

Prices are based on departure from and return to Stockholm city. If you require other locations, the price may be subject to change.
