Inspired by military training, our sessions focus on high-intensity cardio, endurance, and strength. The result is a workout that’s both challenging and enjoyable - and that builds a strong sense of community.

Every bootcamp is unique – combining solo drills with team challenges that fuel motivation and build camaraderie. 

Guided by our passionate instructors, you’ll be encouraged to go beyond your comfort zone and unleash your inner fighter.

We take our sessions outdoors in all weather, all year round. Rain, snow, or sunshine -nature becomes our training ground and adds that extra challenge that makes every workout more dynamic and rewarding.

But Bootcamp is about more than just physical performance. Through a variety of exercises, we build team spirit, trust, and collaboration within the group. It’s the perfect way to strengthen both body and mind - while discovering the joy of pushing yourself 
alongside others.

  • No, you don’t need to arrange anything. We provide gold medals for the winning team.

  • Of course, that works perfectly. Our staff speak fluent English, and we also provide all activity materials in English.
  • We can carry out all our activities in any weather. However, it is a good idea to inform participants to dress according to the current weather conditions.

    If you prefer, it is possible to switch to one of our indoor activities, provided that you contact us at least one day in advance. Addtitional fee may be applied.

  • No, all prices are excluding VAT, as we primarily target the corporate market.
